Canola on the Schwabische Alb

Yesterday I went climbing with Andreas at Wiesfels near my home town, Metzingen. On our way back Andreas shot this perfect picture with his phone camera (for the record: a Sony Ericsson K800i).

Off to Sardinia

Today, we’re heading to Sardinia for a week of hiking and possibly some climbing. As I am travelling with Petra and my mom, it’s not likely that I will climb a lot, however I still hope to find someone who climbs the Aguglia tower with me.

Charles’ Open Letter to Maven 2

I’ve spend hours on Maven 1 and 2, while writing articles about it. I guess that’s what you have to do, when you evaluate a tool.

However, this is the result when lead developer/product architect Charles Miller of Atlassian spends too much time:

An Open Letter to Maven 2.

We, that is the Bosch Group’s EAI department, are looking for an EAI-developer for our global EAI platform. Location: Stuttgart, Germany. The profile is not online yet, I will post a link as soon as its available. Drop me a line, if you are interested!

Btw, understanding this joke is a must:

Climbing in Arco 2007

Long time no blog - I’ve been pretty busy in the last few months, more about that later. Luckily, the Easter weekend in Germany means 4 days off, and we went to Arco, Italy for climbing.

Just a quick picture of myself in front of the Dain Picol, which we climbed on the direct route (”Rino Pisetto”). Pretty steep, I can tell.

When I came back yesterday evening, it I was relaxed as I had a week off. :-)
